The first con of Web 3.0 is the Ownership Concern. Jack Dorsey who is the ex-CEO of Twitter had made some of his comments on the ownership of websites. He said that there can be not thousands of owners of a particular site so it is completely impossible to make a site Decentralized.
There should be a single owner or company for a website otherwise there will be a ton of problems that can arise.
Regulation Issues
Many experts say that when we will distribute the internet to a large mass or decentralize it then it can lead to serious issues like CYBER CRIME will increase. Our police and Government are still struggling to Control Cyber Crimes but Decentralization can make conditions worse.
Old Hardware vs Web 3.0
The Third concern of Web 3 is that a large part of the tech industry is still using the old hardware and People believe that Web 3 is going to be fully feature-loaded. Hence We will need more powerful hardware for the same.

- Access to private and public information Due to the fact that the Web3 is huge and connected, anyone can have access to the private and public information you post online.
- Websites that are already in operation will need updating web3-based sites and apps gain popularity businesses will be forced to upgrade their websites.
Blockchains AI and ML as well as crypto assets (fungible or non-fungible) and metaverses will drive Web3 applications and services. This will allow consumers to have greater control over the content on the internet and will protect your personal data due to its emphasis on decentralization. Users will also control their personal data and will be reimbursed for their time surfing the web.
